Driftwood Cheesecake

This is a basic New York Sour Cream Cheesecake. It also goes by the name locally of Driftwood Cheesecake. This is not my recipe. It was served in the Old Driftwood Restaurant for years, and then in the Pioneer Restaurant.  Oh this is so yummy! If there are cheesecake fans around, this one will be a hit. This was another dessert that has been highly requested. It's a little work, but so worth it!
CRUST
1/3 C. Melted Butter
2 C Crumbs
Melt butter, mix into crust, and form into a 10” pie tin.

BOTTOM
12 oz Cream Cheese
2 eggs
1/2 C Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Tsp. Salt
Mix Well, pour into formed crust. Bake for 20 Minutes on 350 degrees. Let Cool for 30 Minutes. Make sure not to over mix this. If you do, it takes on a green tinted color and makes it look funny.

TOPPING
2 C. Sour Cream
¼ C Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Mix Well. Pour over cooled cream cheese mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for another 10 minutes. Chill and Serve.
